1. Cancellations More than 48 hours notice:

• Full refund (less booking/admin fees if applicable) *

• Less than 48 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee applies

• Less than 24 hours notice: No refund issued

2. No-Shows

Failure to collect the trailer at the agreed time results in full forfeiture of payment.

3. Early Returns

No refunds or credits are issued for early return of trailers.

4. Late Returns

Late returns incur:

• 2x daily hire rate per day or part thereof

• Any lost booking revenue incurred by FSF Hire

5. Damage & Cleaning Charges

Additional charges may apply for:

• Damage of any kind

• Excessive dirt, soil, concrete, waste or misuse

• Missing accessories or equipment

FSF Hire reserves the right to determine cleaning and repair costs.
